They did a lease transfer for me. Made mistakes all over the place in the documents. The final signed documents had errors and crossings out. They kept losing the documents. They called me in to sign things that were not drafted properly, several times. They kept telling me that documents were ready to sign or collect when they weren't. They kept passing the case from one person to another who did not know what was going on.
