It took this company over a year and a half to process my late mothers estate. Yes there where difficulties. Bit there was no communications during this. They missedlaid documents with no apologies. And took weeks to reply to emails. Very unsatisfactory and unprofessional.
I contacted Rebecca Cross at very short notice. She explained the process very thoroughly and what was possible for her to do. She told me the fees during the phone consultation and I very much appreciate this transparency regarding fees. She did exactly as she promised, delivering a letter to the Fiscal and she was able to get my husband back home. I am not sure that this would have happened without her help. I really appreciate that. Would highly recommend.
