I recently had a successful court appearance and despite some misgivings about the way it seemed to be dealt with ,his approach turned out to be exactly correct . That’s why he’s a lawyer and I’m a truck driver . Excellent communication with Him and Savannah and I can’t recommend them highly enough ….Thank you both xx My problem with the money is to do with the Law rather than the company but that’s for another day . Again , excellent work guys and hopefully I won’t ever see you again , but I mean that in a good way .

I found the way this firm operates and communicates extremely disappointing. From my experience, they seemed far more focused on generating fees through emails, phone calls, and additional work than on building a strong case or delivering meaningful results. Whenever I asked for a simple written explanation of my options, I would instead receive a lengthy phone call covering multiple possibilities that were impossible to remember afterwards. I then had to ask them to put everything in writing so I could properly review it. What made this particularly frustrating was that these calls were billable, often costing around £200, despite the fact that a concise written summary would have been far more useful from the outset. Billing was another major issue. I was recently sent a bill for approximately £700 relating to work completed more than six months earlier, despite having already received invoices during that period. Receiving substantial invoices in the following financial year made it extremely difficult to understand what I was actually paying for and when. In total, I spent just under £2,000 with the firm, yet I struggle to identify any meaningful outcome from that expenditure. The main result appears to have been a significant waste of time and money. They also appeared to want more money to accept phone calls with the person I was trying to give a cease and desist to - this is exactly the complete opposite of what I was trying to achieve. I paid approximately £1,000 for a cease-and-desist letter. When that failed to resolve the issue, the recommendation was simply to spend another £500+ on further correspondence with the same individual who had already ignored the first letter.. I declined but of course they billed me for the conversation. There seemed to be little consideration given to whether this was likely to achieve anything or whether alternative approaches should be explored to result in actual ceasing of the constant contact from the individual. A particular concern was their apparent lack of understanding regarding an impending Procurator Fiscal case. They showed little interest in helping me establish why the case had been closed, and extracting any useful advice required considerable effort. What I expected was a firm that would carefully review the evidence, provide clear written guidance, and focus on achieving practical results. Instead, I felt I was repeatedly encouraged towards further chargeable work without any clear strategy, measurable progress, or meaningful result to justify the costs.

My case was an absolute nightmare, it had been ongoing since April 2020 and my old solicitor was absolute useless. Craig was very transparent from our first meeting and sat with me and my wife to go through all the evidence from start to finish. Something my old solicitor never did . Craig answered all questions and made me and my wife feel at ease. This case had been adjourned five times previously but Craig not only stopped it from being adjourned again he got the case kicked out.
