The worst firm I have ever dealt with.

This review is for a different branch.

This firm was appointed to deal with a complex probate matter for my family. 3 years on this has still not been resolved. I admit some of the delay has been on the part of the family however the worst thing is the lack of communication with and respect for their clients. This firm continually ignores requests for updates, even the client care partner does not assist. They have failed to respond to the Legal Complaints Commission as well. Save yourself from anguish, do not use this firm.
