Third time we have used Cartys for conveniencing and again found their services excellent. Sinead went the extra mile to make sure all legal documents were in place, even although she had to deal with a very obstructive and slow solicitor from a Glasgow firm of solicitors.

I recently sold my house with the help of Sinéad, and I couldn’t be happier with the service she provided. There were a few stressful moments along the way, but Sinéad handled everything with professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness from start to finish. She kept me informed throughout the process and made things as smooth as possible. I truly felt supported the whole time. Used the firm to purchase a property. My experience was rather smooth, I had no issues which is likely why I didn't hear often from the firm. I had to call initially to find information out as I was hearing more through the sellers estate agent opposed to either parties solicitors. So the only suggestion I would make is around reassurance on process etc at the front end so there is no doubts (as it's not often I've needed a solicitor) - the move date felt unconfirmed right up to the week of estimated move, which I suppose can happen, but otherwise Louise is really helpful and reassuring when needed to make contact and I would use Carty's again.
