Very quick to rack up huge legal fees and take your money, very slow to actually do their job and answer when questioned how they are so over their quoted price. (Quoted £3k – actually billed £7k – told 3-4 months took 9 months!)
Wish i had visited their office before asking them to be my legal representation, staff unfriendly it is not somewhere i would want to support with business, if i had had a face-to-face initial consultation i can say without doubt i would have gone elsewhere, shiny online not in real life. Could not answer me on why the bills were double what originally quoted when questioned why it was taking double the time, they blamed the courts. I regret hugely ever coming across this firm. Luckily I don’t plan on having to get divorced again but for anyone out there, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I had my initial “FREE” 15 min consultation and requested a simple and straightforward A4 letter for my landlord. I paid £300 during the consultation, and was assured any leftover funds would be returned.
No other work was requested or done, only ONE simple A4 letter, yet not only was there no funds returned from the initial £300, but a further invoice for an extra £282 was received, meaning Clarity legal Glasgow had the hutzpah to charge nearly £600 for ONE simple A4 letter !
This is as close as it gets to legalised extortion, avoid these solicitors AT ALL COSTS.
I am contesting their exorbitant and unjustified fees with the relevant governing body.
