Derek handled my case as a first time buyer. I had a lot of questions about the whole house buying process, but Derek remained patient and answered all my queries. He kept me updated all throughout the process and is quick to reply to email unlike other solicitors. I would highly recommend!

Highly professional and reliable. Andrew helped us through the process of buying our first home and we could not be more grateful for his professional work. We were guided through the whole process with all our questions answered. Communication was fantastic with fast and informative replies. We will absolutely be using Jain, Neil & Ruddy again and would highly recommend them as they were outstanding throughout the whole process. I always thought that selling a house would be a long, slow and stressful process, with not knowing what to do or when to do it. Derek Beagrie of Jain, Neil & Ruddy took all that stress away, with quick updates and great communication at every stage.
During the process, my wife and I got a little stressed, as Derek discovered that we had a historic land discrepancy relating to the back garden on our boundary line. Derek was very thorough in his work and very knowledgeable to get this agreed and accepted by the buyers.
In a result of his professionalism, I've acquired Derek's services again on purchasing land.
I would recommend Derek and his team at Jain, Neil & Ruddy to anyone in needing a solicitor regarding a property matter. First Class Service.
