Appalling service
We contacted Kerslands solicitors and spoke to Alison Keith about the simple procedure of providing a certificate to act as a guarantor for a mortgage.
They were incredibly slow and didn’t send the required links to provide ID for the application.
I paid the £18 upfront to get the link.
They seemed upset when I questioned as to why I was getting charged this money for merely providing my passport details.
I was told that if I didn’t like it then to go to another solicitor.
I signed all the packs, paid the £18 upfront and a week later was told that due to staff shortages and workload that they could not provide the service.
This has taken them nearly 2 months to notify me and has caused a delay on a house purchase. Avoid this company at all costs.
