I’d like reimbursed

They send kids out to represent you and charge you £2,400
I’m a 53 yr old male no previous convictions driving or otherwise 35 years no claims bonus no endorsements on my license.
Got pulled one night totally out of character driving under the influence of alcohol I admit but don’t recall.
They should have told me I’ve not s chance from day 1 because I got an 18 month ban and £750 fine I think that’s totally criminal 😡
