I used this solicitor over the past year to assist with several important legal matters for both myself and my father, including drafting wills, arranging power of attorney, and dealing with the transfer of a share of a property following the death of my mother. From start to finish, the service we received was outstanding. Every aspect of the process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care and sensitivity. These were important and sometimes emotional matters to deal with, but we were made to feel supported and reassured throughout. Communication was always excellent. McCarthy Law helped me settle my late mother's estate, including obtaining Grant of Confirmation and first registration of the property in the Land Register. Several unexpected issues arose along the way, but were dealt with efficiently and professionally.
