Staff lie to bereaved client family members.
I've recorded all my interactions with every staff member I've spoke with in my mobile phone and listen back the first words they spoke to me was at best false information at worst it right lies.
The failed to amend a Will even having months to do so. First it was lawyer on holiday then she was sick then she involved her partner the Mrs Moore who's a right nasty piece of work. Lied then raised her voice to a bereaved family member to back her lies not known she was being recorded. Tried to get family member to get my lawyer Forbes and McMccines to deal with it but they were adimint she was a nice lady. Don't go near them.
