I told them my American son was kidnapped by a Scot 5 years ago and I haven't seen my wife and son since. They didn't seem terribly interested in the case at all. And my past solicitor referred me to this dump. Is there any justice possible in the country of Scotland?
Had the WORST experience with this firm. They didn’t reply to my emails NEVER returned phone calls. It is very clear they are NOT interested. They say they will do something but forget to do it . Very poorly run practise. If you want to lose your case faster than a blink of an eye then this is your firm. They are more than happy to discuss or shall we say vent about there other clients confidential cases. This firm has poor communication if anything at all. I would highly AVOID this firm at all costs .
I contacted this firm on 24 March regarding an urgent, time-sensitive family law matter and followed up again on 31 March. Unfortunately, I received no response to either enquiry email. Given the nature of the issue, timely communication is essential, and this lack of response has significantly reduced my confidence in the firm’s reliability and client care.
Lauren Gardener at the firm was very unprofessional, didn’t care at all just seemed like I was another case and get the pay for it. She only cared about the other side. Constantly missed meeting times even by a day. Can’t be called for when you need her. She doesn’t email back. She does not care about you. Horrible experience of the firm in general and I beg anyone looking for a solicitor. DO NOT CHOOSE THEM! To call themselves professional is the best joke of all.
I had very bad experience with them I feel like it they are with others sides no good .even my case finished but they still not replying my phone calls or emails unprofessional they r .
