Horrible experience

It has taken nearly 3 years to sort everything out , from a really straightforward will. Please do not use as they will hold on to money, lose paperwork, make you repeatedly fill forms out & do not explain anything to you as to why there are delays. They also continually got names & addresses wrong for my self and my sister
