Can’t recommend Taylor Muir highly enough. Charged with Dangerous Driving after having clean licence since 1994, offered a deal just prior to trial starting, meaning I’d be almost guaranteed to keep my licence however, naturally declined as, I was not guilty of careless driving either, take my responsibility on road seriously. Went to trial, and Taylor very thorough and professionally ripped the case to pieces. We all hear of miscarriages of justice and don’t assume we will find ourselves in the position that we may also become one of these, that’s where I was yesterday, devastated beyond anything I’ve felt before, given how much my licence is of importance and how careful I always am. People would ask why I was getting so upset about a daft driving charge, to me it was everything, and when you know you are going against the evidence of two serving PO, I was worried, that because of their role, their dishonesty would be believed. Thanks to Taylor, and his outstanding professionalism after giving my evidence he suggested we go to closing statements and not call my passenger to even give evidence, I remained confident and agreed. I believe the judge said, stand up, I find you not guilty, with no hesitation may I add. The emotion is something that will stick with me for a long time. 19/20 months I’ve had this hanging over me, but as they say, the truth prevails! I’m so grateful to Taylor, the whole way through, he kept me grounded and encouraged.. Absolutely would not hesitate recommending him and me personally, hope it’s the last time I’m in court, if not, I’ll not ever considering anyone else to represent me! 5 stars falls way short of how well composed n professional he was, the whole way through!
