Terrible firm with extremely poor customer service skills

Terrible firm with extremely poor customer service skills. They take no accountability or ownership of issues when they arise and deny knowledge of previous interactions, even when documents are provided which contradict their version of events. I would suggest finding an alternative firm that values their clients rather than this rude lot.
