We used Montpellier for our recent house purchase and couldn’t recommend them highly enough - conveyancing is often known for a lack of communication and slow progress. The service and support was fantastic from start to finish, even when we hit the inevitable delays and roadblocks our solicitor (Nammy Yogarajah) kept us informed and left us in no doubt that she was always all over the details and actively working on our behalf. She really was exceptional. Genuinely could not recommend more highly.

I really do have to commend the team at Mont Pellier Legal for consistently delivering a high standard of communication, efficiency and a genuine human approach. My review comes on the back of a difficult sale, with a strict exchange deadline or a total collapse after months of hard work on everyone’s part. Grace Dooner and Amy Evans acted for my vendors, one on sale and one on purchase. Both communicated quickly and effectively, allowing me to better manage my sale and the rest of the chain. These two understand that what they’re dealing with is more than just a file, it’s a person. We had three days to draw up a report, send it to the client, return it and exchange. They did just that, and we exchanged at the very last second, but they were essential to ensuring it didn’t fall through. I know the clients can’t thank you enough, nor can I.
