I've used Dee & Griffin recently both for the purchase of a freehold property and for the sale of a leasehold. They give you a clear outline of their fees from the start so there are no unwelcome surprises. Leaseholds are a nightmare but D&G did a great job in carrying the extended process to a successful conclusion. They are better at overcoming obstacles than causing them. I would certainly use them again.

We are delighted with the service we received from Leah, Chelsea and the team with Mum’s recent house sale and purchase. They were very proactive and thorough, always quick to respond, and incredibly patient with our many questions throughout the process. They were recommended by The Property Centre on a ‘no sale no fee’ basis for extra peace of mind, and they made the stress of buying and selling go as smoothly as possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you all!

Landlord Issue
I chose Dee & Griffin to remove my tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Solicitor appointed to myself was Emily Leadbeater and I cannot state how brilliant she was. Emily was so professional in the way she collated every bit of information over the weeks prior to the court date. Emily was well worth her fee and she went over and above what was required. I won my court case on the first hearing due to her hard work.

Beware
If something happens during the purchase they will take the money and not give a penny back, even after agreeing they would. Then will just stop answering, avoid at all costs as ethics is not on there list of requirements
