I would just like to make you aware of the fantastic job Kieren Curiale has done on one of my cases. It has been a difficult case from day 1 for Kieren . 10 days ago we thought it was dead in the water but he still kept focus, checking the land registry every other day and keeping Me and the Client updated regularly . He has had to have numerous phones calls to numerous parties involved in this case and he has always been positive to me and the client when I am sure he would have liked to have just put the file in the nearest bin. The client and myself are over the moon that the case completed with the Canada Life, with the offer running out on the 12/10/2022 and no re-offer being offered as Canada life have currently pulled this product. If there would have been a need to re-broke this case, the client would be looking at an increase in fixed interest rate from 5.74% to 8.60%, so Kieren’s hard work and dedication to the cause has saved the client and her families future estate an incredible amount of interest. It took so long for Equilaw to negotiate our equity release with More2Life that the offer had to be renewed. It came, of course, with an increased interest rate. I didn't feel they pursued our initial application sufficiently vigorously but they concluded the business successfully almost immediately a new offer was made.

They were very professional, caring, did what they said they would do. I of course refer to my solicitor Paige, she steered my sale and I was grateful for it. I highly recommend Equilaw to look after you. Also they have the added bonus of dealing with porting equity release if required.

Be weary, this firm takes a liberty when they know they’re billing you for their service. Tiarna Crowther is the representative who handled or rather, mishandled my matter. The service experience is diabolical, they’re evasive when responding to emails, they require to be prompted & never keep the customer updated. Response to emails is patchy. I’ve been extremely frustrated by them despite exercising copious patience.
