Both Daniel Edwards and Eva were very helpful and communication throughout the lengthy process was great and constant. I was kept informed and up to date of progress via text email and phone calls. I asked lots of questions and needed guidance as I have not bought a property before and everything was explained and dealt with thoroughly and clearly. In this arena of many stressful times for people moving home or just needing some legal advise, it's very worrying that these supposed highly qualified people in the law industry seem to get it wrong. I recently asked for a quote from these people who didn't bother to check out that the property I was wanting to buy was exempt from stamp duty. So my quote was nearly £800 to much. What confidence does this give anyone with this error being first contact and first impressions. Just to let others know what happened to me. Good luck out there.
