As it was a hugely important and totally unknown event I was entering, I needed guidance and explanation to the situation. All the members of staff I came into contact with were so friendly and professional, very patient with me and a joy to get to know. Very impressed with the quality and speed of service! I was kept informed throughout - Home visit was very efficient with all documentation required being electronically transmitted - no photocopying required!
They were very helpful in our equity release procedure. Kept us in the loop all the way.
Be weary, this firm takes a liberty when they know they’re billing you for their service. Tiarna Crowther is the representative who handled or rather, mishandled my matter. The service experience is diabolical, they’re evasive when responding to emails, they require to be prompted & never keep the customer updated. Response to emails is patchy. I’ve been extremely frustrated by them despite exercising copious patience.
