Kept me informed by telephone calls and text The solicitor who came to my house was very professional and friendly The only issue was the office forgot to send me and the solicitor yhe required paperwork before our first meeting,which meant she had to come again. After that all went smoothly.

Online and easy! An excellent experience with a professional process that can be followed in an online account. Our solicitor Emily and her office team were quick to respond to every email or telephone call with the added benefit of being able to book a time to talk that works for everyone if needed. All work was completed in good time with Nicola visiting our home to sign up the final contracts and paperwork. Everything checked and any questions fully explained at each point. I have dealt with Equilaw now for about 2 years and I must say their service is excellent. I first made contact to Millie, who was very helpful and reassuring when I wasn't quit sure of something, she is really great to deal with. It took so long for Equilaw to negotiate our equity release with More2Life that the offer had to be renewed. It came, of course, with an increased interest rate. I didn't feel they pursued our initial application sufficiently vigorously but they concluded the business successfully almost immediately a new offer was made.

They were very helpful in our equity release procedure. Kept us in the loop all the way.
Be weary, this firm takes a liberty when they know they’re billing you for their service. Tiarna Crowther is the representative who handled or rather, mishandled my matter. The service experience is diabolical, they’re evasive when responding to emails, they require to be prompted & never keep the customer updated. Response to emails is patchy. I’ve been extremely frustrated by them despite exercising copious patience.
