Jessica Oshea @ Tayntons Solicitors.

From day one of meeting, Jessica and the firm were amazing with my case through out. The support and honesty I received from her was amazing. Very professional and very friendly, I honestly couldn't of asked for a better solicitor. Would highly recommend and if I'm in need of help again I would definitely be asking for her. Thank you so much.

I couldn’t recommend Jessica O’Shea highly enough. Nothing was to much trouble and never made to feel bad even when I had daft suggestions. Totally professional but personal and friendly. A really lovely person who seems to understand the predicament I was in. Kind caring and understanding but completely fearless in court. If you employ Jessica you couldn’t do better.

Sarah Maxwell highly recommended for divorce proceedings

Sarah Maxwell very sensitively but thoroughly supported my daughter going through divorce proceedings. Her expert advice enabled a smooth transition through this difficult time. She was particularly mindful to keep the costs to the minimum. This was much appreciated!! She was extremely professional and prompt responding to any queries we had. We would engage her services in the future without hesitation.

Obtaining an EHCP

Imelda is absolutely fantastic at her job, can not fault her. She has gained an EHCP for both of my children now, something I was unable to achieve without her. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has a child who requires an EHCP!

Tayntons - Divorce and Conveyancing Services.

Legal services were excellent. I had a difficult and unusual case, the advice given and attention to detail was excellent. Responses and actions where carried out in a timely manner and if any other parties were holding us up they were chased.

The processes through the case were complex, however, every step and the details were very clearly explained to me to help me judge and action steps / choices in an informed manner.

Highly recommend Tayntons.

Outstanding

I cannot thank Luke Stephens enough for what he has done for myself and my 3 children. Luke kept me in the loop every step of the way and was extremely kind and caring. My situation was a tricky one, he never lied to me and prepared me for the long difficult road I had in front of me. I spent almost 18 months going through my divorce and Luke was outstanding throughout the whole process. You will defiantly be in safe hands. 10/10!

Recent Divorce

Recently used Tayntons with regards to a divorce, they were very good at dealing with it, only problem which was not Tayntons fault was ex wanted the goal posts moved when we half way thought it which incurred myself with extra expense, I would certainly use Tayntons again if I needed a solicitor.

Did not use Tayntons directly, however disappointed that someone in the chain had used them and there was a 'cyber attack' which held up what should have been a very quick sale and purchase and this cost me financially. Failed to answer simple questions including whether my data was compromised during this. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dreadful experience currently. We asked Tayntons to draw up a transfer deed to enable us to buy a strip of land from our Neighbor so we can have our own drive. . Almost 8 years later & this has still not happened despite having planning permission. Unbelievable. Poor communication and withholding our money for the land. I have complained and 4 solicitors later within the same firm ….. still no progress but they have taken fees. Hoping the Ombudsman & Law Society will help as we are all SO fed up. This should have taken a few months. Could not possibly recommend.
