Around 18 months ago, I mistakenly overpaid a company by quite a large sum of money (a silly mistake admittedly). When I contacted the company about this, it became quickly apparent they were avoiding acknowledging this … eventually leading to ignoring any emails , phone calls and letters. ‘AES’ were recommended to me and when I contacted them , they got back to swiftly to arrange a conversation. After giving them my version of events they quickly formulated a plan of action and outlined why the company keeping the money could be taken to court. They started contacting the company in question. Liaising with me on every communication they sent which was always extremely well written. They eventually drew up court papers that led to the company re - paying the money before it went to court. Their prices were extremely reasonable for all they did for me and not only were they professional , but also very friendly and empathetic. I would highly recommend using them.
