I contacted Keima earlier this year after months of being messed around by Police. I only wish I had contacted her earlier. Keima called me promptly after my initial enquiry. She listened, reassured me, and explained what I should expect. Keima identified that the procedural information and options I had been given by Police were incorrect and in some parts, unlawful. She swiftly composed a plan of action and kept me updated over the months that followed. She managed to get disclosure for the malicious allegations made against me which I had been denied when I had lawfully requested the same document prior to Keima’s involvement. She continued to work hard, personally updating me around both of our busy work lives and family commitments. Keima then reviewed my response to the allegations and my evidence, comprehensively explained the relevant law and procedures to the Police, listing their errors and asking them to confirm that this investigation was closed without any action against me. Her knowledge and professional but tenacious manner are a wonderful combination. Keima saw the bigger picture and took a holistic approach, this wasn’t just a malicious allegation, it was extremely distressing and was impacting on multiple areas of my life. It impacted me, and subsequently, my children. Keima saw those vulnerabilities and stood up for me when I was struggling to keeping fighting my corner. Keima helped unravel a real mess of a Police investigation, she fought my corner and did so with professionalism and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend Keima or to anyone looking for a Criminal Law Solicitor.

We've lived as a family for 18 months in total suspense, awaiting police reports, every other month the case was being adjourned due to the police not being ready, but all the way through keima's been keeping us updated as to what's been happening, or not for that matter!!.... all the people in the office were an absolute pleasure to deal with, Keima was our solicitor and it was always her that would either call or email and deal directly with us, communication was first class, there were only a couple of occasions where someone else would have to call us in place of Keima, their legal knowledge is absolutely excellent too!!! Keima is our angel in disguise!!! and totally approachable, never made to feel that we couldn't ever communicate any problems we had.
