Thank you Shaun
Shaun led a pivotal meeting on 7th October, which had been called by the Buyer's solicitor, where the deak terms were negotiated and agreed. Despite the short timeframe, Shaun had reviewed previous transaction documents ahead of the call and pushed back on several points raised by the Buyer's solicitor. Whilst it was the Buyer's solicitor who called the meeting, there was no doubt that Shaun was leading the conversation. Shaun, I just wanted to say thank you for your and Rhiannon's guidance, hard work and patience in getting this MBO over the line. We are very grateful.
