For start to finish Oliver was nothing other than helpful,kind and courteous. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he explained everything in easy to understand terms. I had my reservations about putting in a claim for a bed bugs infestation when staying at The Oatlands Chaser Hotel, Weybridge, Surrey. As they are owned by a very large corp' I feared it would be a long and drawn out process but Holiday Claims Bureau made it very easy and I had the right result thanks to them. Oliver was very easy to communicate with and progressed our case extremely efficiently. We had contacted JPS Walker after a trip to London was ruined by bed bugs.
