I regret to say that my experience with this company was extremely unsatisfactory. I worked with Morgan Dalton as our Conveyancing Executive, and found the service to be subpar. The company appeared careless and unresponsive to requests, including my appeal for a different representative to handle our documentation and correspondence.
Morgan Dalton consistently failed to provide timely updates, often leaving us without information for weeks at a time. There was a lack of confirmation regarding receipt of documents or notification of any additional support required from external parties. Despite repeated requests in our emails for delivery confirmations, we received no responses.
Overall, the level of communication and service fell well below acceptable standards, leading to a frustrating and disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this company based on my interactions.
