Read the negative reviews carefully

I used this company as it was proposed by the mortgage broker.
After five months the experience was so bad I wanted to change solicitors. Other negative reviews list some of what was experienced. The mortgage brokers persuaded me not to change. I then received a very unprofessional call from XYZ. After sharing this call with the brokers they and Movinglegal monitored the correspondence from XYZ.
This is why almost a year my remortgage is complete although I am waiting for final paperwork.

In the middle of the process - constantly left in the dark

I am still in the middle of the first property purchasing. The case handler constantly ignores the emails from my financial adviser and myself with others within the company apologizing and asking the handler for an update. Whenever trying to give him a call he is 'currently unavailable'.
We've started in April. It's nearly four weeks that I didn't get any update. I have no idea what has been done so far, and what's left to do..

Louise Pugh throughout our process has been nothing but brilliant, so easy to interact with no matter the time of day, was on hand to answer any questions we had ( there was alot) I can't fault anything about the service provided, we also had dealings with Mohammed late in the process and again he was brilliant.

I have already recommended this company to family and friends.

I recently used XYZ Law to complete on the purchase of a flat at auction. Zubair is the most efficient solicitor I've worked with, and I've work with quite a few as a property investor.
