I would highly recommend Mika ray to anyone who is experiencing problems with their housing or landlord. I had been dealing with a serious and very stressful housing problem for a long time and felt that I wasn’t being properly listened to. From the moment I spoke to Mika Ray, I felt that someone finally understood what I had been going through. I as very happy with this Company they Managedtoo get me a Compensation and the work that was needed Done it Just some unfortunate that I will not get the money as I really could do with it right now but i oun Renters can i jast say i fill they the Cancel should not be allowed to do this because they make you wait years and years or months and months to do any work you’re the one suffering and dealing with that yes i all so Understand that we shouldn’t have renters but circumstances are not always right for everyone and it can happen but the council win in the end not the customer because if the customer gets a settlement and doesn’t get the settlement the council of one in the first place you only win if you get your settlement

Not had do much other then send proof of damages to my property that my landlord is taking micky sort out

Ellie Braiden, I am yet to receive my housing disrepair compensation for my claim which I had filled out and returned to you and your team in March 2025. When will I receive my compensation payments for the housing disrepair? This is absolutely unacceptable! Mr. Simon Lee, when will you resolve this issue? I have yet to receive a response from you regarding my over one year long case. When will I receive the housing disrepair compensation? Shame on you!
