I have dealt Sheldon Davison Solicitors for 25 years. This company has always acted attentively, with great speed too. I have been doing transaction with lawyers for 35 years and would say Sheldon Davison and his team are amongst the best out there.

Firstly they lost my case, secondly I was passed around by 7 staff and I could never speak with my solicitor directly. They take 40% commission and do very little. I do not know how they can call themselves a law firm.
A very rude & unprofessional way of dealing with clients , multiple calls & emails went unanswered and I felt like I was a burden.

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. What a shambles of a place. I have complained in December which has not been dealt with. nearly 1 year after the accident I don’t even think they have spoken to the third party nor can they even provide me with a decent update
Avoid at all costs and use someone else
Subject access request, ignored
Complaints manager can even do their job - no outcome to the complaint
Progress of claim? Guessing it’s been forgotten about.
Any positive review about this company is clearly false or paid for
