I have used Roger James over a number of years now for conveyancing and other services. I had previously used a couple of other local firms for conveyancing but was not satisfied with their performance . I switched to Roger James on the recommendation of a friend and now wouldn't use any other firm such is the excellent level of service they provide at a modest cost. Most recently they handled the conveyancing for a rental property which I have sold . From start to completion they were proactive in dealing with the process and the inevitable complications which arose in the chain . Particular thanks to Beth and Nia for progressing things tirelessly and for keeping me informed regularly so that I was reassured about the situation as it advanced . No hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending this Solicitor.
It was wonderful to find a solicitor, Hannah Price, that not only had the knowledge of her field but was able to act quickly and efficiently with an empathetic and pleasant manner. A very welcome change and highly recommended.

First class. I am so impressed with these solicitors, specifically Hannah Price. In a previous sale Hannah actually represented the buyers when we were selling and was so good I thought I would work with her in the future. A couple of years later we sold and bought a new house and Hannah then acted on our behalf. She was fantastic. Prompt replies to emails, literally within minutes, helpful clear and precise. The price for their services was also competitive. It's always hard to know if reviews are genuine, but this one is and they are great.

Hannah did both our sale and purchase. Everything was clear from the start and Hannah was really ‘on it’ - very responsive and gave great advice. All the paperwork was done in rapid time using a mixture of email and post as required. Can’t fault this experience and will definitely look to recommend.
