Daryl Cooke guided us, as executors, through the sale of my late brother's house. The transaction became complicated by an unexpected boundary dispute which required Land Registry involvement, and was smoothly handled by his team. There was very good communication with us throughout the process. The additional fees for this extra work were very reasonable. I recommend them.
