I had great pleasure in dealing with a very kind and professional solicitor called Theresa, who helped me with the whole process of changing my name by deed poll. She was brilliant and very helpful throughout the whole process. I would recommend the firm to anyone on her behalf. Roz Wyeth and Andrew Paul from Wyeth and Paul Law Associates are truly amazing. The entire team is friendly and helpful. Initially, I thought I could handle the probate and finalise my mother's estate on my own. But it turned out to be a huge mistake.
I then decided I needed a solicitor to do this for me. However, after searching for solicitors on Google who charged between 2% and 5% of the estate, I discovered Wyeth and Paul Law Associates and their fixed fees. Roz, with her expert handling of the probate and finalisation of the estate, and Andrew, who took care of the conveyancing, proved to be the professionals I needed. The entire process was smooth sailing, and their good communication skills were reassuring.
I was devastated when I lost my mother, but the knowledge that there are good people like Roz, Andrew, and the rest of the team who can assist during such a difficult time has been a great comfort.
I highly recommend Wyeth and Paul Law Associates for their transparent fees, excellent communication, and complete peace of mind.

I saw a solicitor called Roz Wyneth who explained everthing to me in a easy way
I felt at ease with Roz after recently losing my Husband I cant thank Roz enough for her professional input and putting my mind at ease

We all live in Gosport, have a wealth of experience in our particular specialisms and have served the local community for many years. When the firm we worked for ceased trading we decided that we wished to continue to provide legal assistance to the people of Gosport and so opened our own practice. Located slap bang in the middle of Gosport High Street, we are easily accessible and can offer appointments to suit, including home visits when necessary.
