Very professional and knowledgeable
I contacted Sousa law as I had a child contact issue that I needed some legal assistance with. From the start I was a bit sceptical with the pricing and nervous as this was all new to me but i went ahead and contacted them. They advised me the best solicitor for my case would be a solicitor called Emma. From the start I was greeted very well and Emma was very polite, particular to details and helped with evidence that would be important in my case. All pricing was discusses upfront and realistic forecasts of a timescale and cost were communicated with me well. Emma was extremely knowledgeable on what had to be done and how to get the ball rolling as quickly as possible. There was no delay in sorting everything out for me and I found the experiance less stressful than I thought it would be. Everything was taken care pf by them and explained very well. Emma was always on the phone or email updating me and making sure I knew what was going on. You really get what you pay for here and I can't put a price on the level of professionalism and knowledge from Emma and the team till the very end. I'd highly recommend Sousa law if you are reading this and do need a family solicitor.

I feel I am finally in safe hands
Today I had my initial consultation with Emma, were she expertly took me through a very emotional and frustrating conversation. I felt listened to and protected by the end of our talk, everything was followed up on the same day with a clear plan and now I am heading for a hard journey but I am nolonger alone. Whatever the outcome I am confident I have been given the right choices to hopefully heal from this awful situation.
