    Really impressed with the quality of service Emily and Faye provided during our house buying process. An issue with the property we were buying resulted in us being behind the chain by many months. Once the issues and deeds had been resolved, Emily managed to turn everything around in the matter of 4 to 5 weeks. She was under the time pressure that the rest of the chain were applying and she's managed to surpass all of our expectations. Thank you both for taking a lot of the stress out of this process

    Over the past two years Larcomes LLP Solicitors have helped me with matters relating to my father’s passing away. They have helped me with sorting out “power of Attorney” over my mother. They have helped me to sell my mother’s property and to buy a new property for my mother. They have helped with legal matters relating to a completely unnecessary car crash that sadly affected my family so. I have discovered during this time that having good solicitors behind you is in fact the inexpensive option. I have had dealings with several solicitors at Larcomes to date and I have to say that this company is a god sent. They are extremely polite, professional and an efficient team. Their advice and way forward has been spot on every time and their costs are most reasonable. I could not praise them enough. Have a problem? Talk to them, they are top draw in my humble opinion.

      Larcoms Solicitors consistently show a complete disregard for the residents living above their office. Their parking habits block essential access, including fire exits and bike bays, making life difficult for families, including those with children and disabilities. Despite polite requests for consideration, they have refused to move their cars, often parking over the line even when other spaces remain empty. Worse, their reckless driving poses a serious safety risk. They speed around corners near our building and refuse to stop or wait for pedestrians—forcing us to jump out of their way to avoid being hit. This level of disregard for basic safety is unacceptable. I urge them to change their behaviour before someone gets seriously hurt.
