As a first time buyer you hear so many horror stories from people regarding the process of purchasing a property, it can be quite daunting. I was recommended Socratis Komodromos by a family member and it could not have been a better decision. Socratis and his team were absolutely faultless from start to finish. Prompt and clear responses to ensure there was never any hold up, taking the time to explain things along the way to ensure I had an understanding of the situation, you could not ask for more from a solicitor. My purchase has been a challenging one and Socratis left no stone unturned in making sure I was getting a fair deal and one I was happy with. It also made such a difference having a solicitor with Socratis’ level of experience, meaning no situation felt new or unchartered, he immediately knew how to proceed to get the right result.
