Well it was a little slow at first but no fault as it turned out by this company. I was in the end getting regular updates by a lady called Caroline who was the secretary to a solicitor called Lucy. In the end it all worked out fine. Many thanks to the people who were involved in the background.

Best decision I made was to have you looking after my sale and purchase, you were recommended by the estate agents I was using based on their dealings with you after my previous solicitors were not taking on new business. Phoebe with her team Emily and Lauryn went above and beyond keeping me updated and replying to me, at times to my endless questions and concerns which must have been exhausting but you always so calmly and politely reassured me explaining in layman’s terms the process at every stage. My final staircase (100% ownership), I have contacted a previous law firm, but somehow, they were very busy and not able to assist with my case. Chris Grove was the best solicitor I've ever come across and I can't praise him highly enough. Selling shared ownership is never easy but throughout the process he never failed to keep me updated on even the smallest details, set realistic expectations, made suggestions and always answered the phone quickly and replied to emails promptly. If it was possible to give these people more than 5 stars, I would!
Lucy & Caroline were exceptional in absolutely every aspect from start to finish. Although we never spoke verbally and all via email, no question was ever too silly or pointless from us, they would answer everything and anything in detail and so quickly! we very rarely waited more than a couple of hour's for a reply.. and even if we emailed just as they were closing, we would always have a reply the next morning. Anytime we would email and have a little moan because we were frustrated with the time that things were taking (not their fault I want to add) they would always reply and say they understood and every email just felt very personal and as though they really did care.
I would recommend this company to anyone. We cannot fault them and we will never, ever forget everything they did to help us and the support and professionalism that was given by them. We looked at lots of different solicitor firms and got quotes back and compared to lots of others, the price was very fair for the service and knowledge they offer. Thank you so much to Lucy and Caroline!
