Everyone from the start to the end of our stair casing process (which is already long winded) made dealing with Owen Paulo that bit easier. We used this same company when we first purchased our property (previously known as Direction Law LLP) hence why we went back to them as they were clear and precise with their explanations.

Throughout the process, Chris, who I mainly spoke to was very diligent, and courteous in answering all my questions and explaining things throughly and careful. Some things I had to go over and over again as I didn’t understand but he was very patient. blessed me with some great solicitors.

I had an amazing experience buying my 1st house with Owen Paulo Legal.
Everyone was incredibly helpful from start to finish! Hannah in the New Business Team was incredibly helpful during those early stages, explaining to me the costs, advising on any early questions I had etc
I was then allocated to Lyn & Ellie, who kept me up to date throughout my purchase. I always felt like I was in good hands with them and they made sure I knew exactly what was going on.
Once we had exchanged and was working towards Completion I was then Passed to Louie, who was incredibly knowledgeable and always promptly answered any questions I had regarding my statement and the completion process.
It then did not take long at all to hear from Simon, to confirm my application has been passed to Land Registry.
Overall, I had a great experience, with a company that worked to ensure I felt as little stress as possible.
Communication was regular and consistent.
Knowledge of shared ownership was second to none.
Price - Very affordable!
A huge thank you to everyone at the company for all of your help!

The firm were recommended to us by our broker and from the get go they were great. Each staff member is an excellent communicator - they answered emails within 1 working day, answering every little question we had (which was a lot!) and in simple terms. Some companies you feel like you're hassling with questions but they made us feel we weren't a bother. Their pricing was transparent and reasonable. As first time buyers we didn't know what to expect from solicitors but they honestly felt like they were on our side and working genuinely for our benefit. All of the paperwork/signing documents side of it was straightforward. We are now in our new home enjoying the next stage of our lives. Thanks so much!
