    I am deeply dissatisfied with this solicitors firm. They took my money quickly but failed to provide proper legal assistance. From the start, I was told my consumer law case was strong. Then, incredibly, the day before the court hearing, I was suddenly told that I might lose. This was shocking, stressful, and completely unprofessional. They should never have taken my case in the first place. It became very clear that consumer law is not their area of expertise. Their main focus appears to be immigration and visa-related matters, and anything outside of that seems to be handled poorly. I received no proper preparation for court, no clear guidance, and no meaningful support. I felt abandoned at a critical moment, after already having paid their fees. It felt like their priority was collecting money rather than representing my interests. I would strongly advise people to stay away unless your matter is strictly immigration-related, as that seems to be the only area they are competent in. Otherwise, save yourself the stress, disappointment, and great financial loss. I will be taking this further. It is absolutely disgraceful and this firm should be ashamed of themselves. To make it even worse he had to pay half defendants costs himself. Absolute let down.

    We are deeply disappointed to read this review, as it significantly misrepresents the facts of your case and the outcome of your matter. ​As a highly regulated firm of Solicitors, we provided clear advice from the outset regarding the risks of litigation, noting that success in court is never guaranteed. The court ultimately dismissed the claim based on documentary MOT evidence presented at trial regarding the vehicle's extensive usage, not due to a lack of preparation or legal expertise on our part. Furthermore, the partial costs order made was related to a specific procedural delay caused by a documented bereavement, not the legal merits of the consumer claim. It is also factually incorrect to state our practice is solely focused on immigration, which forms only a small minority of our firm's work. ​We have fully exhausted our internal complaints procedure. This matter is currently undergoing an active, independent review by an external firm of Solicitors, who are currently awaiting your documentation. We strongly suggest that you allow this formal, independent process to conclude rather than publishing inaccuracies online.
