      AHEAD OF THE GAME

      Eleanore at Hardmans did a great conveyancing job for me when I was buying my new home. She ticked every box from thoroughness to value for money. I knew I was in good hands because I never had to chase her and she was ahead of the seller's solicitor at all times. In fact they dragged their feet and almost caused me to have to pay a larger amount of stamp duty. However, Eleanore saved me from that with a week to spare. There were a lot of searches to complete and they were all done quickly and meticulously. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end which made all the difference in the world when buying and selling property in England has become so cumbersome and expensive.
