Lease Extension - Great Service
We wished to extend the lease on our flat and Stilwell & Singleton were chosen to represent us as they are in Sandwich and easy to get to, if necessary. The service they provided was excellent, plenty of contact to keep us updated on the process, with a certain degree of humour at the inability of our landlord/their solicitor to respond without being constantly chased. Their costs were acceptable and right at the end they noticed the other solicitors seemed to be charging more than had been agreed, this was quickly sorted, too.

We had a great experience working with Kerry during our first home purchase. She was professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Whenever we had questions, she took the time to explain everything clearly and guided us through each stage with patience. Buying a home can be stressful, but Kerry made the process much smoother.
