We used their conveyancing services, to both sell our former business premises, and private residence, and to purchase an apartment. Kerry Butcher, ably supported by Dawn Turner, her PA, provided an exemplary service, kept us apprised of all related developments, as they arose, supplied us with detailed information and advice, as required. I particularly appreciated Kerry’s work on the purchase of the apartment, and her tenacity in obtaining a satisfactory outcome in negotiations on our behalf, specifically relating to works carried out and ensuring the vendor paid accordingly. Thank you again.
