I relied on Abigail's advise during the lead up to my first and second financial remedy hearing in my divorce case. As a litigant in person I was hoping to keep costs low and handle much of the paperwork myself. Abigail provided me with great advise throughout and made me feel confident about handling the case myself. I always felt encouraged and enabled to avoid unnecessary expenses and seek her guidance only when needed. Abigail was also very personable both on the phone and in correspondence and made me feel reassured in this stressful process. It was clear she advised from a position of great experience, and indeed her instinct for how the case would turn out was spot on. She always replied to emails in a timely fashion or offered valuable phone calls to discuss more complex matters. She recognised my emotional needs, calmed me when needed and supported me in the paperwork I had to complete. Abigail was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, through the highs and the lows of a challenging separation, Abigail consistently supported and advised at every hurdle. Her experience and knowledge made the process of negotiation and challenge with the opposite party as close to straightforward as it could have been.
