We are first time buyers, and have just moved into our new house. From the onset of contacting Homden, they were excellent in their speed of response, clarity in communication and personable manner. Having moved home 6 times in the past 30 years I have NEVER felt the need to recommend a solicitors - until now !! Homden were recommended to me by a close friend who said how impressed he was with the company when he moved home. Skye, who dealt with our move under Kevin Denney was outstanding!! There was not one single issue that she was not on top of. Skye was so proactive in terms of making sure everything was done and was always one step ahead. As well as being the most capable of solicitors Skye was also really friendly and understanding when things got a bit stressful at times. So much is done via their on-line portal which makes life so easy. You can sign everything apart from final contracts on there, you can see when the solicitors have been working on your file and you get weekly updates - it’s a great tool !! In terms of pricing, I was staggered by how reasonable they were - especially when you compare their fees to the estate agents !! I cannot speak highly enough of Kevin and the whole team - I would without doubt recommend them, you will not be disappointed and they take a huge amount of the stress out of moving.
