A very approachable and helpful firm, they kept me updated on my case throughout and clearly explained all costs involved. I will recommend them to my friends and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future. They are very good value for money as other firms advertise higher hourly fees.

1. If you need a lawyer that will advice you on your issues and help you to the best way possible than ( this firm is not for you ) 2 . If your not careful and place your trust on them you will be riped off at £200 per hour, that's what they charge according to their statement send to mewhen I raised a dispute on their charges 3. Take my advice and don't pay them upfront! Or better yet don't even get anywhere near them.
It is always regrettable when a client feels the need to complain. At JnJones solicitors we have a robust client care which is in accordance with the SRA standard. The client who has left the above comment made a very unreasonable demands on us. He had requested that we use a fee paid for one application to cover the work to be done on a second application. When we pointed out to him that it was unreasonable for us to do so because the second application amounted to a new matter, and even after giving him a substantial discount on the second application, he refused and proceeded to "punish" us by leaving the above comment. We wish to add further that our fees are reasonable and are well within the SRA guidance on solicitors fees; We charged this client a fixed fee for a specific matter and when he required that more work be done for him, we offered him a substantial discount for the new matter, but refused to use 2 sets of fees for 2 sets of matters.
I felt I was very well looked after. The solicitor responsible for my case was very helpful, friendly and was very approachable. I was not charged for every text or email which I was very pleased about. Thank you-Jennifer
