DMB Law came to our panic stricken rescue, they have been brilliant; their lovely receptionist (Georgina) took my frantic call when the unexpected death of our solicitor (from another company) left us stranded without legal assistance, weeks away from completing on a family estate and 2 weeks away from exchanging contracts on our sale/purchase of our new home.
Grace was wonderful in picking up the unfinished works and DMB Law team brought everything under control efficiently and quickly. They went on to compete all the legal work for us, even when the inevitable problems arose with our sale.
We couldn't recommend them highly enough, everyone in the office we met was friendly, efficient and helpful.
We have now placed further work with them.

From start to finish, we felt very well taken care of. Grace (case manager) went above and beyond to efficiently sort things out and acted as an amazing advocate for us. We had quite a pressured timeline which she understood and so responded to queries/emails in a very timely way. She even ended up doing some work for us on her day off to ensure she was doing her best to meet our exchange/completion target date which is far more than we could have expected.

Every time we checked in with Grace, she had achieved more progress than we were anticipating. She definitely didn’t need chasing (but didn’t seem to mind us getting in touch a lot, especially towards the end when anxiety levels were very high!) She also helped us understand lots of the legal jargon which otherwise would have gone over our heads!

Would not hesitate to use DMB law again or recommend them to anyone. Honestly feel like they (and especially Grace) were on our team throughout the whole process and did their best for us.

Grace & her team have dealt with the conveyancing four times for me in the past decade. I have always found them to be quick, competent and friendly. We are always ahead of anyone else in the chain so I'm surprised to see such negative reviews. The fees seem to be pretty standard and there is always someone to answer my queries. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I assume that, once you get past the rubbish receptionist, there are legal staff who know what they are doing. But I’ve just had a totally wasted trip there to get a really simple thing done and no-one seemed to give a hoot that this could have been easily avoided if I’d been told when booking the appointment what I needed to take. I asked at the time if there was anything needed, left my number in case anything else came up and was told to bring just one thing, which I did. When I arrived I was met by an extremely sour-faced and unapologetic solicitor who listed out 3 other things needed. When I pointed out I’d had a wasted trip which was easily avoidable, I simply got the reply “well ,you could go to a different solicitor. Rubbish.
