Obstructive and lacking qualified staff.
This firm recently lost a High Court case (Knight v Legal Ombudsman [2026] EWHC 114) for "poor service" and overcharging. My experience confirms that this firm uses obstructive tactics. I have now referred the firm to the SRA and the ICO.
