Better avoid
I dealt with this company twice, once when I purchased my property and second when the mortgage got payed and I wanted all the things to be sorted regarding the title deeds. First time they said they will give some cash back. Well, once the deal was closed they completely forgot about it. They did not answer several emails and phone calls regarding this matter and when eventually I went there I was treated literally like trash. I could not speak with anyone other than the receptionist and after waiting for some time I was told the voucher will be mailed to me soon. It eventually arrived. Second time around, I received an email stating that some documents were received from the bank and they asked me to pay them and I did. Since then there are 2 months, I am trying to contact them asking what should happen now but had no answer and again after repeated emails and phone calls I was not contacted my anyone. I am still waiting. Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid if you can
