I agree with the other two one star reviewers - don't touch them!
After months of hassle, incompetence, time wasting and bad service, I eventually got my deceased Mother's estate finalized by these solicitors. They ended up taking almost 10% in 'fees' from an already very small estate, all after giving me nothing but problems from start to finish and making excuses for their poor service. Don't touch them with a barge pole, I beg you, there are hundreds of honest and competent solicitor firms out there who will provide a service and lay out the fees/terms and actually do what they're supposed to do - I honestly could very easily done the whole thing myself within weeks with no anxiety! Be careful who you choose to be your solicitor for family law or anything else, there are some very strange ones out there who should be avoided, this being one of them.

Poor Service and excessive charges.
Took 14 months to execute a very simple Will, which should have taken 6 months. If they deprioritsed the work they certainly prioritised the charges. Everything charged at £264 per hour regardless to who did the work. Even charged you for an audit to validate the so called work. No itemised bill, and bill completely excessive. There must be a much better option in the area.
