I recently used Strefford Tulips to sell my flat in Glasgow having used them before to purchase my first property. Being a cash sale I was assured this would be a quick process and ST delivered in just a few short weeks. The service from the team was excellent as always, special mention to Skye and Geraldine!
I was so impressed by all the staff at Strefford Tulips especially Elaine McMillan. Her knowledge and ability to clearly explain the process of selling and buying our house was positive and made me feel confident and supported alleviating any stresses. When I had any questions no matter how big or small Elaine was always available to answer promptly and effectively. If she was on annual leave she would always inform me who would be my contact person in her absence making me feel confident and well supported. An outstanding and excellent service which I would highly recommend.
I have dealt with this Company on several occasions and the service I have received has always been excellent. Kacey Moore was dealing with my recent property sale. Kacey kept me up to date at every stage of the process she was very efficient helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this Company for there excellent service and professionalism.

After using this company for a 2nd time I was so disappointed, the first time I had no problem but 2 years later what a difference, absolutely no correspondence I was constantly having to call them looking for updates, they had plenty of time to read the contracts but the day before we were due to move we were informed this was not possible, they had simply not prepared, I seldom managed to speak to Geraldine Darroch who was always in meetings instead speaking to her legal secretary who did not have enough knowledge in my opinion This resulted in me having to change my move in day the day before we were due to move in and of course the buyer for our property could not move and who knows how many more had to cancel, it personally cost us £400.00 to rearrange the movers and since we had packed we then had to unpack to live for the next week or two to live in our house, we had no internet having already arranged this to be transferred to our new home and many more small incidentals that we had to endure. I would not recommend.
As first time buyers, my husband and I were a bit nervous but Emilie, Katie, Alana, Geraldine and Eilish from Srefford Tulips made the process easy and smooth. They explained all that we needed to know and put our minds to rest. We want to specifically thank Katie and Emilie for the outstanding level of communication, even when we were told that Alana would be handling our case, the two ladies still responded to our emails promptly and efficiently. Finally, their price was very affordable, hence I recommend Strefford Tulips to anyone buying a property.
