DO NOT USE - My claim has been going on since 11/2018 (3 years) and they dont respond back to the multiple calls and messages I leave. I escalated to the Legal Ombudsman and they all started to take an interest but after 2 phones calls back to their usual unprofessional approach. I will be re-raising my concerns to the the Legal Ombudsman again.
these guys are thieves and also are involved with crash for cash claims on a very high level.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Its taken them over 9 months and still have not settled my claim. No communication what so ever, the claim handler was always either on holiday, sick, on lunch and would never return calls.
Aneesa Nassar dealt with my case, very polite, Had to keep chasing a bit but apart from that they won me a amazing amount way over what I was estimated,waiting for my money to be transferd across!
